  • if you are a Borrower : =
    • information about your business or company, such as previous credit app= lications and the conduct of your accounts; and, =
    • credit reference checks; and,

V. AUTOMATED DECISIONS

FK may use various software and technologies to obtain automated decisio= ns based on personal data held on you to promote accuracy, fairness and eff= iciency. These automated decisions may affect the services that FK provides= to you now or in the future.

Failure to provide consent by ticking the dialog box will bar you in fur= thering your application to be registered with FK.

The Payment Provider processes your= card data in compliance with the PCI DSS global security standards, which = were established by major credit card companies such as MasterCard, VISA, D= iners, American Express, and JCB. Consequently, your card data is processed= with the highest level of security possible. We may conduct an identity ve= rification check when you pay by card.
